How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add what you'd like to your cart, and go to checkout. You don't need an account — just your name, shipping address, and a phone number or email so we can reach you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to confirm and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location.
Can I add gift packing to my order?
Select products offer optional gift packing for a small additional charge — you can toggle it for each item in your cart.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can usually make changes or cancel as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.
